On Tuesday (October 1), it was revealed that a further 120 people have come forward accusing the 54-year-old of sexual misconduct that goes back more than 20 years.

The allegations are said to be from 60 males and 60 females, and 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct.

“This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation should never happen in the United States or anywhere else,” Lawyer Tony Buzbee said, per Sky News. “This should have never been allowed to go on for so long. This conduct has created a mass of individuals who are injured, scared, and scarred.

“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure, damn sure, we are right before we do that,” he continued, cited by NBC News. “These names will shock you.”

One man named Justin Litovsky, now 30, alleged in an interview with the New York Post that he was six years old when he unknowingly attended an “afternoon barbecue” thrown by Combs in 1999.

The now 30-year-old said he was left stunned by what he witnessed at the infamous White Party, recalling: “I remember a lot of weed and a bunch of topless women in the pool and around the pool.”

He said he was unaware at the time and only “wanted to swim,” adding: “I didn’t know if t**s were a good thing or a bad thing. But I hoped to jump in.”

Justin’s mom, Maya Litovsky, also spoke to the outlet about the gathering, sharing: “I did not give my son the opportunity to get in there…There were bottles everywhere and naked women. I wasn’t sure if this was appropriate or normal. I wondered about how kids were allowed into the party to begin with.”

The mom said the family left at 9:30PM after spending their afternoon avoiding the drugs and topless women. “The party continued and nobody was getting out of the pool. So, who knows what happened,” she added.

Justin remembers not seeing another child at the gathering. “I don’t remember seeing one other child. I’m normally the type to want to go play [with other kids],” he told the outlet.

Although Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the crimes, he has been denied bail twice, even after offering a $50 million bail package.

Buzbee, who is representing over 100 alleged victims, has promised that a list of Combs’ long list of “enablers” will be revealed, suggesting that more high-profile individuals could be implicated in alleged sexual misconduct at the rapper’s parties.

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors,” Buzbee declared in a press conference cited by News.com.au. “We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.”

Andrew Van Arsdale, an attorney at the AVA law group which is working with Buzbee, shared that his firm had received more than 3,000 phone calls from people alleging abuse by the entrepreneur.

In addition to the 120 alleged victims, he added that his firm was working to vet another 100 cases.

A man shared an alarming Facebook post before allegedly killing his wife and himself.

Austin Police Department officers conducted a welfare check on a home in northwest Austin, Texas, on September 24 after a woman told police that she had not heard from the residents in 24 hours.

Upon arrival, police discovered two deceased bodies belonging to Hannah Kang, 25, and her husband Youree Kang, 34, as reported by CBS Austin.

Authorities suspect that Hannah was killed by Youree, who then died by suicide, per a press release shared by the department. “This is a murder-suicide, there are no other persons of interest in their deaths,” officials told PEOPLE.

Before the heartbreaking alleged murder-suicide, Youree shared a mysterious post on Facebook that prompted concern from people who knew him.

On the morning of September 23, the man wrote that he was “terrified of what’s going to happen to me because everyone is instilling fear in me” on the social media platform.

“My wife has also been acting very strange lately. She’s not the same person as I met her. For 10 years, she stuck by my craziness and now she’s quick to a divorce,” he said, adding that he “was hoping for us to continue to grow with each other”.

“I’ve already gone through many things in life and don’t want to keep losing people or lose myself. Whether it be physically or spiritually. Death is inevitable, however, we can try to sustain a longer life if we all help each other. Please help me help you and vice versa,” he said. “I didn’t get to be where I am today… Without ANY of you guys in my life. Am I right?

“Please help to save my life!!! I ask for forgiveness and a second chance,” he pleaded, adding that “praying away your sins after you’ve done something bad intentionally will not take away your true pain and suffering! I’m no stranger when it comes to this”.

He concluded his post: “That’s why the only way to heal is to listen to others who are hurting just as much you. We all deserve peace and happiness in life. There’s room for everyone to succeed. Please…”

In another post shared on September 22, Youree seemed to express remorse for starting a relationship with his wife when she was a minor.

“I’d like to change the direction of my life, but I need your help. I was told that ‘the truth will set you free’ so here’s my past 10 year story in a nutshell,” he began, before stating that he’s “been a menace in society and I’d like to clear my name”.

Youree said that he was “in an abusive and toxic mindset” when he first met Hannah, revealing that he was a 24-year-old “drunk cashier” when they met on the job at a restaurant.

Despite knowing she was a minor at the time, he said he still pursued a relationship. “It was wrong of me and I can never give her her precious life back,” he added in the post.

Austin Police Department disclosed that both Hannah and Youree died from stab wounds.

The investigation is ongoing.
